October at Jean Madeline Institute is about more than just fun fall activities, it’s also an opportunity for our students and staff to come together and give back. 🩷
Throughout the month, our campuses will take part in activities like tinsel day, eagles gear days, wear pink Wednesdays, denim/jeans days, breast cancer awareness pins, boo bags and candy grams, pink hair extensions, themed dress-up days, a mannequin challenge, and a Halloween-inspired makeup competition.
Proceeds from our Breast Cancer Awareness Month activities will support @livingbeyondbc , a national nonprofit that connects people impacted by breast cancer with trusted information, expert guidance, practical resources, and a community of support. LBBC supports people at many different points in their experience, from diagnosis and treatment to survivorship and living with metastatic breast cancer, as well as caregivers and families.
Each year, LBBC reaches millions of people through digital resources, educational programs, its Breast Cancer Helpline, financial assistance, and supportive communities.
We’re proud to use these October activities as a way to bring our Jean Madeline community together while supporting an organization doing meaningful work for people affected by breast cancer.
Have fun. Come together. Give back. 🩷

There’s a story behind the art on our walls 🎨✂️ Meet Alexandre de Paris, one of the most celebrated hairstylists of the 20th century, known for bringing artistry, creativity, and precision to the world of hair.
His influence crossed the worlds of beauty, fashion, and haute couture, helping showcase hairstyling as an art form.
Today, artwork celebrating his legacy hangs throughout Jean Madeline Institute, inspiring our students as they learn, practice, and develop their own artistry.
Because before you create your own signature, you can learn from the artists who came before you.
The next generation of beauty artists starts here ✨

What does peeling an orange have to do with cuticle care? 🍊
Think of it this way: just like we remove the excess peel to reveal the fresh fruit underneath, proper cuticle care focuses on carefully removing excess dead skin around the nail to create a clean, smooth foundation for your manicure.
The key? Precision, not over-cutting.
It’s not about removing everything. It’s about carefully addressing what’s no longer needed for a clean, polished finish. 💅

A guest came to us after having color done elsewhere and was in need of a little hair TLC. We started with a repair treatment designed to help strengthen and restore compromised hair, then finished the service with a smooth, polished blowout.
The result: hair that looked healthier, felt softer, and had a beautiful refreshed finish.
Because sometimes the best next step after color isn’t more color, it’s giving your hair the care it needs 🥰
