When you're a beauty school student, you are always looking for an excuse to go all out on a face full of makeup and a beautiful hairstyle. Halloween is one of the best excuses to show off our creativity and passion for beauty.
This Halloween, Jean Madeline Aveda Institute students were given an awesome opportunity to show off their skills as true beauty influencers, win some amazing prizes, and have their work featured to thousands of followers online!
To give our students some friendly competition and the chance to become real-life beauty influencers, we created the ultimate Halloween beauty contest! The rules were simple: create a Halloween look to show others your killer makeup and hairstyling skills. And like always, our students delivered exceptional results. We saw everything you could imagine! From demons to Cruella De Vil, our students at Jean Madeline Aveda Institute took our breath away.
Though it was a difficult decision to pick three of our favorites, we narrowed the competition down to our first, second and third place choice. Here are the breathtaking results!
Cayla really delivered some spectacular work! It nearly blew us away AND sent chills down our spine all at once. Her makeup skills are something we all envy and the presentation of the clown look in her video was spot on.
Our second place award was given to the talented Brittany. She really impressed us with her unique combination of the popular Harley Quinn and skull makeup looks. She created something that everyone is going to want on their Halloween inspiration Pinterest board this season.
Finally, Ceaira really delivered with her pin on clown makeup. Both the hair and the makeup were executed perfectly. Her look is a must-have for everyone who wants to make a perfectly chilling Halloween entrance this year.
