Skin Is In: New Esthetics Classes Begin Fall/Winter

Skin Is In: New Spring 2021 Esthetics Classes

Learn more about our upcoming Esthetics Classes!

Esthetics is the art and science of skincare. It involves the study of skin, analysis of its textures and treatments, the anatomy of the face and hands, and cell structure of the skin. Estheticians delve deep into skincare conditions and treatments during their education. We understand that the need for talented estheticians is growing. That's why we offer a robust Esthetics program that creates a strong foundation for our students to learn the focus and skills of knowledgeable skincare professionals.

A Jean Madeline Aveda Institute Esthetics education includes:
  • Skin Care
  • Facials
  • Hair Removal
  • Makeup Application
  • Body Treatments
  • Back Facials
  • Aromatherapy Wraps
  • Spa Glow (Body Exfoliation)
  • Health & Wellness Techniques
  • Business Development
  • Retail Knowledge
  • And Much More!

As part of our Esthetician school, you'll find fulfilling work in a spa environment, making your guests look and feel their best. You'll learn the chemistry of skin, the power of plants, and the importance of wellness practice. You'll also learn signature Aveda techniques for facials, body treatments, waxing, makeup application, and business development. You'll refine your skills while performing services for guests, and by the time you graduate, you'll have the training and knowledge to begin your journey in skincare.

Once you've chosen your program, campus location, and preferred scheduling, you could finish in as little as 17 weeks. Now might be the perfect time to get started!
