The Professional Beauty Association’s (PBA) Beacon Program is now accepting applications for the 2017 competition.  This renowned program is designed to encourage and inspire beauty industry students to prepare for successful careers.

The deadline to enter HAS PASSED. Apply for the Beacon Program here.  JMAI will contribute $500 towards the trip to NAHA to any JMAI student winners and $250 to any JMAI student honorable mentions.

We’ve gathered a few reasons to enter Beacon from PBA:

Through the Beacon Application process, students create the tools needed to immediately apply for industry positions following graduation.

PBA’s industry values competition for refining skills and gaining industry recognition

Top scoring students are invited to the live Beacon event in Las Vegas to attend classes taught by influential speakers in the industry.

By attending PBA Beauty week events through the Beacon program, students get the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with some of the biggest names in the industry.
